Strawberries
Rich in alpha-hydroxy acid, strawberries help eliminate dead skin cells. They also boost collagen production and minimize fine lines and wrinkles thanks to the presence of vitamin C. The omega-3 fatty acids present in strawberries help brighten the complexion.
Face mask :
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
Crushed strawberries
Instructions:
1-Mix all ingredients.
2-Apply to your face and leave on for 15 minutes.
3-Rinse off for radiant skin.
Oranges
Oranges are juicy, pulpy and vibrantly colored. They contain vitamin C, an antioxidant that prevents oxidative damage, UV damage and reduces inflammation. Consume one to two oranges every other day, or drink freshly squeezed orange juice with the pulp. Avoid pulp if you have stomach ulcers.
Tip: You can also apply orange juice to your skin, if you wish.
