Ingredients:
- 3 cups glutinous rice
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Banana leaves for wrapping
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Banana Leaves:
- Clean the banana leaves with a wet cloth and cut them into 9×6-inch rectangles. If the leaves are stiff, pass them over gas flames for 10 to 20 seconds until pliable. Set aside.
