Directions:
1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and white pepper. If you want extra heat or flavor, add hot pepper sauce and minced garlic. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
2. Marinate the Steak: Pour the marinade over your steak (or other desired meat) in a dish or resealable bag. Make sure the meat is fully covered.
3. Refrigerate: Cover or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but ideally up to 8 hours. The longer it marinates, the deeper the flavor!
4. Cook: After marinating, cook the steak to your preferred doneness. Grill, pan-sear, or broil based on your preference.
