Ranch Cheddar Chicken Burgers

Instructions:

Prepare the Burger Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, plain bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, finely diced onion, and finely shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Take care to avoid overmixing, as it can result in tough patties.

Form the Patties:

  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4-inch thick. This recipe should make about 6-8 patties, depending on your preferred size.

Cook the Patties:

  • Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet to prevent sticking.
