– 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
– 3 cups leftover stuffing
– 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup flour
– 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
– Oil for frying
