5. Season the Hot Dogs
- Sprinkle Seasoning:
- Evenly sprinkle the dry seasoning mix over the coated hot dogs.
- Final Toss:
- Toss the hot dog pieces gently again so every piece is thoroughly seasoned.
6. First Baking Stage
- Bake at Low Temperature:
- Place the baking dish in your preheated oven (300°F/150°C) and bake for 1 hour.
- Mid-Bake Toss:
- About halfway through (around 30 minutes), gently toss the hot dogs to ensure even cooking and coating.
