  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
