β Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
β Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add Chicken Livers (Optional)! π₯©π₯:
β If using, add the chopped chicken livers and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add Rice & Seasonings! ππΆοΈπΏπ§π₯:
β Add the rice, chicken broth, Creole seasoning, thyme, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper to the skillet.
β Stir to combine.
5. Simmer the Rice! ππ₯:
β Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

β Fluff the rice with a fork.
