Step 1: Prepare the chicken and sauce
- Place the chicken breasts (or thighs) in the bottom of your Crockpot.
- Add the following ingredients on top of the chicken:
- Cream of chicken soup
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Softened cream cheese
- Chicken broth
- Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine everything, ensuring the chicken is coated in the sauce mixture.
Step 2: Cook the chicken
- Cover the Crockpot and cook on:
- Low heat for 6–7 hours, or
- High heat for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
